Site requirements
We typically need a minimum of one acre to make things work well. Sites near major logistics routes or transport hubs are ideal. A 30-year lease with 10-year break points gives the project room to breathe. If your site has more than 3MVA of power available, even better. Easy access for HGVs and commercial vehicles is a must.
